This is Sheldon. Sheldon is a Shetland Sheepdog.

Shelton loves to cuddle, sleep, eat and bark. In that order.

Details: Sheldon was made from wool using a special needle and blending technique. I start with a wire frame, adding thin layers of wool to build shape and muscle, securing the wool after each addition with a barbed needle. After the desired shape is reached, color markings and details such as the eyes, nose and ears are added. The dog’s personality emerges as it takes shape. The entire process takes hours but the end result is a beautiful reminder of the unconditional love in every dog. The dogs range in size from 3 3/4” to 5 3/4” tall, sitting, depending on the breed and 3 1/2” - 4 3/4” tall, standing. A great gift for new dog owners, long time dog enthusiasts, collectors, or any other dog lover (including yourself)! Each pup is made with a happy heart and each is one of a kind!
